The breakfast was a highlight! The egg drop soup was delicious. The bathroom lock was a hassle, but they offered free laundry to make up for it. Overall, nice stay with friendly staff. 😊

The bathtub in the Deluxe Twin Room provided a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. Spacious layout and clean decor made it feel more inviting.

Breakfast timing posed a challenge, arriving at 8:15, many items had already run out, and the cold shower situation caused some inconvenience. Additionally, the toilet seat didn't fit properly, which made for an uncomfortable experience, and the spa services offered little more than basic nail care in a cramped gym space.

The staff, particularly Anna, went above and beyond to assist with tour bookings and gave excellent local recommendations. Breakfast featured a delightful variety including fresh pastries and local dishes.

The air conditioning in the gym was broken during my stay, making it uncomfortable for workouts. Additionally, the bathroom showed signs of wear and could use some updating.

Flora Centre Hotel & Spa is in a fantastic location for exploring the old quarter. The rooms are clean & comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide range of choices, including local specialties. The beds are incredibly soft, and the soundproofing created a peaceful retreat after a busy day.

The location is prime, with quick access to major attractions, making wandering around particularly enjoyable. The breakfast offerings were delightful, especially the cream cakes that were a sweet morning treat. Service was commendable, with staff being both friendly and accommodating, yet the noise from neighboring rooms was occasionally disruptive at night. Despite these minor challenges, the overall experience was pleasant and met most of my expectations.

The location was perfect! I mean you have everything right there and the room was peaceful didn't hear any outside noises. Anna was like my personal concierge, helped me book some tours and even made a list for my tuk-tuk driver who spoke no English. It was above and beyond, really good service.
